As much as we hate to have to announce this, The Doo House Inc. would like to inform everyone that we will no longer be servicing the Casper, WY and surrounding areas effectively immediately. After servicing the area for about 9 months we have made the decision based on any factors.
1. Travel Time - With the tome spent on the road traveling to and from Casper we are unable to give the attention to our clients in the Casper area.
2. Weather - With the weather we have in Wyoming we have had to cancel service more than we would like. This is not fair to our clients in the area.
3. Profits - Or lack there of. We have done no better than break even in any month that we have serviced the Casper area. Much of this is based on Number 1 and 2 above.
There are more reasons that we decided to pull out of Casper but these were the main three. We have mailed letters to all of our clients explaining the situation and will be issuing refunds to our clients.
We would like to thank everyone for the support over the past nine months and we appreciate you understanding our decision.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. This was not an easy decision to make but not being able to make it up last week was a BIG deciding factor.
