The Doo House Inc. now offers flat rate monthly pricing. This new model insures your bill is the same every month. We take your weekly rate multiply it by 52 and then divide it by 12 to get you a flat rate (Example: 9.50x52/12=$41.00 a month). On this new system we will no longer be crediting accounts due to us being closed due to weather.

** This new billing system will be going into effect to all of our clients September 1, 2020, but all current clients can switch to it now. **

With flat rate billing the client will be able to pick what day of the month they would like to pay their bill. You can choose the 1st of the month, the 15th of the month, or the 25th of the month. To change you billing date after the initial selection TDHI will need a months notice in writing. 

For our clients who pay weekly we will still let you pay the current rate weekly and we will still credit for weather until August 31, 2020. Starting September 1, 2020 we will no longer be crediting accounts for weather on the weekly pay.

The Doo House Inc. is back to servicing Cheyenne, WY. Starting May 2, 2020 TDHI will start offering one-time clean-up service the first Saturday of every month in Cheyenne. Our rates will be based on the number of pails of poop that are pulled out of a yard. You can see the going rates on our services/rates page. Charging by the pail benefits the client in multiple ways.

1. TDHI does not have to make multiple trips to your home to perform a one-time service. 

2. If the cost is getting to high you can stop us and only pay for the pail's we have filled.

3. There are no hidden charges, you can see the price per pail on our website.

4. After we have scooped three (3) pails we will stop and ask you if you would like us to continue.

We will not offer this service year round, when the weather gets bad we will discontinue service until next spring (usually last service will be in October of November).
