We at TDHI have had to make a few changes to agreements and wanted to let everyon know that the changes are effective for everyone.
The only change is if service is cancelled for non-payment (we do that after four weeks with no paymnet), to restore service all of the outstanding balance will need to be paid, in addition there will be a $15.00 restoration fee will also be charged in addition to the outstanding balance.
Also, the next part is not new but we will mention it because there has been some confusion over it. If we show up to your house and cannot scoop the yard because gates are frozen shut, dogs are out and they are mean, or for just about any other reason you (the client) will be charged for that week. This is stated in the agreemnet, but we wnated to clear up any confussion.
We have brought back in home pet sitting but it is only for current TDHI pet waste removal clients and is only avaiable in Laramie.
