We have not totally scrapped the plan of a new online paymnet system. We have not found the right one yet so we are still looking. We hope to find a new one but if we do not fil it is right we will not use it. We will continue to use Pay Pal until we find the system that is most cost effective for us and easy enough to use for our clients.
Are you the oldest pet waste removal company in Wyoming?
The simple asnwer is YES. TDHI has been in business since Januray of 2010 and in that time we have serviced Laramie, Cheyenne, and Casper. We no longer service Casper but we are still the oldest in the state. We have been servicing Laramie since 2010 and Cheyenne since 2011. We are not sure if we are the largest in any market so we will not make that claim. Any company who makes that claim has to be able to prove it, and since pet waste companies do not genrally share client numbers it would be hard for the to prove. If they claim it ask them to prove it.
Are you still the lowest price pet waste removal company in the state?
Yes, we can make that claim. For one dog we are $.70 cheaper than our closest competiton and for three dogs we are over $4.00 cheaper than our closest competition. When we say we guarantee you the lowest prices we mean it and we show it. Also, do not forget we guarnatee all of work 100% and are Veteran owned.
Have you ever thought about selling out to a franchise?
We have been contacted numerous times over the years about becoming part of a franchise and we never have and we never will. If you become part of a bigger company you lose th personal touch. At TDHI we are a faith based owned that believes in family first. We will continue with those convections as a small business owned by locals who know and care for the areas TDHI services.
