1. Are yard deodorizers really needed?
The Doo House Inc. (TDHI) - We do not believe in using yard deodorizes and will never try you to sell you something that is not a needed service. We live in Wyoming and the wind blows quite often if a pet waste removal company is doing there job then the smell will naturally go away. Mother Nature is a natural deodorizer and no chemical can replace that.
2. Is insurance really needed to scoop poop?
TDHI - Simple answer is YES!!! If someone wants to scoop your yard be sure to ask if they have insurance and how much? If they say no then you say no and show them the door. What is a scooping company going to do for you if they let your dog out of the yard and he/she gets hit by a car or they break something while they are servicing your yard? If they are not insured do not use them. The Doo House Inc fully insured.
3. When is twice a week service needed?
TDHI - Twice a week service is not needed three dogs or less and many times it is not needed for more than three dogs either. As we said in answer number 1, The Doo House Inc. will not sell you anything you do not need so do not pay extra for extra services when you really do not need them.
4. Does The Doo House Inc. offer twice a week service?
TDHI - Yes, The Doo House Inc. does offer twice a week service in certain areas and as we grow in other areas we will offer it eventually in those areas also. We do not promote twice a week service because as we said above it is not a necessity.
We have been in business for many years now and we do not adjust our rates daily, weekly or even monthly. We can claim that our rates have come down over the past four years and we have not had a rate increase in that time. When you offer superior service then there is no reason to play with your rates.
5. Is using a bag in your scoop the safest way to keep from spreading disease?
TDHI - There is no right or wrong answer here. The Doo House Inc. has researched this and talked to scientist. Through that research we have made what we believe is the best decision to keep our clients and their pets safe while keeping our prices the lowest in Wyoming.
We will answer more questions as we receive them so be sure to keep checking back.
