Pet Waste Removal Service Agreements Offered by The Doo House
Platinum Service: Save 20% off weekly clean-up service with a twelve (12) month agreement, this plan can be paid monthly.
Gold Service: Save 15% off weekly clean-up service with a nine (9) month agreement, this plan can be paid monthly.
Silver Service: Save 10% off weekly clean-up service with a six (6) month agreement, this plan can be paid monthly.
All above plans are non-refundable if canceled by customer before contract date ends; and the customer agrees to pay any outstanding balance left on the agreement.
All plans can be transferred to a new address if customer moves at no additional charge (if new house has pet waste already on property there could be an additional charge).
None of the above plans can be transferred to someone else. All agreements are only with the one who signed the agreement.
This is not an agreement of the new plans, this is basic info on the new plans.
Simple Service: The Doo House will continue to have it simple service agreement. This is the plan all current customers are on. These plans can always be canceled and any unused portion is fully refundable.
Initial clean up fee is a minimum of $35.00

The above rates are the weekly charge for the service. Residential and Commercial Service Available. We give free estimates. For a one time clean-up call for an estimate. |

Theses rates are based on a per visit basis on a 1/4 acre of land or less. We have no hidden fees based on amount of Doo Doo scooped.

We sanitize all equipment between yards.
All gates must be unlocked for us to enter a yard. We will not jump fences to complete a job.
All pets must be locked up during the initial clean-up, this is for our safety and your pets safety and so we can do the best job possible while cleaning your yard. After the initial clan-up it can be discussed if pets can be left out.
No long term contracts, a simple phone call or email and we will work you in. You will have to sign a simple agreement stating the service you selected, scheduled clean-up dates and when bills are do. This can be cancelled anytime (after initial clean-up) without penalty to you (all outstanding balances will need to be paid within 72 hours upon cancellation).
We must meet all pet owners before starting a job for the first time.
We do our best to work in all weather conditions; if we have to cancel for weather we will work you in on the next clear day.
We accept cash and check (there is a $35.00 returned check charge).
All payments for residential service is doo at time of service.
Billing can be done for commercial accounts (call for details).
If service is cancelled before the end of a pre-paid month; refunds for unused portions will be mailed within 45 days.
All work is 100% guaranteed.
Rates (for a new customer) and other service details of The Doo House (www.thedoohouse.info) can change at anytime without notice. Rates for existing customers cannot change without The Doo House giving the customer 14 day written notice.

All Services below currently offered only in the Laramie, WY area.
Pet Care Services
In Home Pet Care: $25.00 a Day for up to two (2) pets; $10.00 a day per pet for each additional pet.
Includes two visits of up to 45 minutes each time to your home to take care of your pets, this will include feeding, watering, putting outside to use the bathroom and time just petting your pet.
Walking is an additional $10.00 per day for up to two (2) additional dogs, this will include a walk each visit. Any dogs over two (2) will be an additional $5.00 per dog per day.
Sorry we do not do overnight stays.
We will also turn lights on and off, take in the mail
and newspapers and water inside plants for free. This will be done for families on vacation to make
home looked lived in.
Drop-in service: $14.00 Per Visit.
This service is for
those working pet owners. We will come by your house once a day to check on
your pet. This will include putting food and water down for your pet and
putting them outside to use the bathroom. These visits will usually only last
about 10 minutes.

Pet Taxi Service (prices are the same for both clients and non-clients of pet waste removal service): $15.00 per hour
This is a service provided where we will take your pets to a vet appointment, for grooming on anywhere else they may need to go. (Minimum 1 hour, we will round to half hour after first hour).
